PDF files
To display PDF files you require the free Adobe Reader, which can be downloaded from the Adobe website.
When you click on the link to a PDF file, it will be opened directly in the web browser. To save the file on your local hard disc, proceed as follows:
Click on the desired file with the right mouse button and select "Save file under" (or your browser's corresponding item). Save the file on your hard disk.
Video files
Video files start automatically when you click on them. WindowsMedia files (WM7, WM8, WM9) require the Windows Media Player, which can be downloaded free of charge from the Microsoft website.
Should your browser not support the automatic start of videos although you have installed the Player (e.g. Netscape 6), you can proceed as follows:
Click on the desired file with the right mouse button and select "Save file under" (or your browser's corresponding item). Save the file on your hard disk and start it from there with a double click.
