Intended purpose of data collection, processing or use

The object of the company is the management of a group of companies which operate above all in the following domains:

• the generation and distribution of electrical energy and district heating as well as the development and marketing of power plant technologies,
• the construction, assembly and operation of plants, the provision of other deliveries and performances as well as of services in the fields of mining technology, industry, environmental protection and water,
• the production, processing, handling and recycling of products and performances, above all in the metal, wood, rubber, plastics, construction and electrical engineering sectors,
• as well as trade and the provision of services with mineral oil products and in the above-mentioned and related sectors.

The collection, processing and use of data is carried out in fulfilment of the above-stated purposes.

Collected data are stored and erased in conformance with the legal obligations pertaining to the storage and erasure of data. Where data are not affected by this, they are erased as soon as knowledge of them for fulfilment of the purpose of their storage is no longer required.
